Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Supreme Jewels. These terms apply when you browse our store or place an order.

Products
Please review the description, size, material, and available options before purchasing. Photos may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Moissanite is a gemstone distinct from diamond; passing a standard diamond tester does not make it a diamond.

Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change without affecting orders already accepted.

Orders
Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill your order or discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

Shipping
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after shipment.

Returns and refunds
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions, and refund details.

Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
