Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery
Orders normally arrive within 5β8 business days after purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Custom and preorder items
Custom-made and preorder items may require additional time. Any different delivery estimate will be communicated before you place your order.
Shipping costs
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrierβs website.
Shipping address
Please check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Delayed or missing packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
